Meet Jaime
Hi, I’m Jaime Coale, a licensed therapist providing virtual therapy for adults. I have over 15 years of experience supporting people through everyday life stressors, relationship challenges, work-related pressure, and the emotional weight of balancing responsibilities, expectations, and change.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I aim to create a space where you can talk openly and honestly, without judgment, while we explore what’s contributing to your stress. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based practices and keeping sessions grounded, relatable, and useful in real life.
Life can feel overwhelming even when things look “fine” on the outside. If you’re feeling stretched thin, burned out, or stuck in constant stress mode, therapy can help you slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and develop steadier ways to cope. Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, feeling more grounded, and building tools that actually fit your life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only offer virtual therapy?
Yes. All sessions are conducted online using a secure video platform.
What can therapy help with?
Therapy can support anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
What if I’m new to therapy?
That’s completely okay! We’ll start where you are, and I’ll guide the process.
Do you accept insurance?
I am an “Out of Network” Provider which means that I do not directly accept any insurance. For session payment I accept all major credit cards. Clients pay by keeping a card on file that is charged after each session.
I can provide you with a monthly invoice called a “superbill,” which is a receipt detailing your sessions. If you have Out of Network Benefits, this can be submitted for reimbursement for some or all of the services depending on your insurance.
